Welcome to The Italian Mood. These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our website and the purchase of products from our online store, accessible at www.theitalianmood.com, operated by MCLAL Trading FZCO, based in Dubai, UAE.

🛍️ Product Information
We strive to describe each product accurately, including materials, dimensions, and finishes. However, due to the handcrafted nature of many items, slight variations may occur, which are not considered defects but a sign of authenticity.

🛒 Ordering & Availability
- Orders are confirmed only after receipt of payment and confirmation email.
- Product availability is indicated online, but stock is subject to change without notice.
- For made-to-order or customized products, delivery times vary by brand and are confirmed upon order.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for any reason, including pricing errors or product unavailability.
💳 Prices & Payments
- All prices are shown in AED and include VAT as per UAE regulations.
- Payment methods include major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, and bank transfer.
- All transactions are secure and processed via third-party gateways. We do not store card data.
🚚 Shipping & Delivery
We deliver across the United Arab Emirates, using trusted logistics partners.
- Delivery times: typically 2–5 business days for in-stock items; 3–6 weeks for pre-orders or made-to-order pieces.
- Shipping fees and conditions are detailed on the Shipping & Delivery page.
Clients must ensure access and availability to receive the delivery. Missed deliveries may result in rescheduling fees.
🔄 Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 7 calendar days of delivery for non-custom products, unused and in original condition.
- Custom or made-to-order products are non-returnable
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days

🛡️ Warranty & Responsibility
We take care to ensure all products meet high standards. Any damage or defects must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
We are not liable for:
- Damage due to misuse, improper handling or installation
- Delays caused by external logistics providers
- Use of the product outside of its intended purpose
